Several months ago I was at a trap shoot and saw some really long extended choke tubes. Does anybody out there know who make them?

Before you spend money on long choke tubes, buy and read a copy of George Oberfell's book "The Mysteries of Shotgun Patterns".

If they were REALLY long --- like actually protruding out from the barrel either a full 2 or 4 inches in length, they were probably being shot on a Browning 802ES Sporting Clay Over/Under gun. I have seen these being shot for trap doubles on numerous occasions.

The gun itself was a 28 inch barreled Citori based gun that came from the factory with flush choke tubes --- and 2 inch extender tubes --- and 4 inch extender tubes. The idea was having the ability to change the swing weight of the gun depending on whether the target might be a close range fast target or a long crosser, etc. Browning made these starting in about 1996 and stopped making them almost immediately as they didn't catch on but there are a fair amount of them out there being shot.

Briley was making the 2 or 4 " extensions, I purchased the 4" for my Winchester SX 24" barrel. You still can put screw in chokes in it.
