When to use Cheddite Primers 209 if powder you are using does not list them? I was told they could be used in place of WIN 209.??

I have heard that they are slightly hotter than win 209's. I think they say go .5 grains below what it says in the book for the winchester primers.

Sometimes the foreign primers a little bigger diameter wise, so don't switch back and forth with American primers. If you do the Winchesters might fall out. HMB

Cheddites aren't oversized and will not expand the primer pocket. RIO primers are the ones that are oversized.

With the prices American primers are bringing, what's not to love about the Cheddite, Fiocchi, Nobelsport and Rio?

I don't care if I can no longer use a primer that costs $150 a case. I am not going to buy them anyhow!

I shop for the cheapest gas, primers, wads, powder and shot! Are you telling me you DON'T?
