Not sure what you are looking for, but the real-original StockLock was designed and patented by Pat McCarthy!? Then there is a knock off being pedalled by another guy! Tom Rhoads

I believe Tom is right. The below pic is a "Stock Lock". There may be a system similar but Pat McCarthy's designed system is the original and what several of the "Big Dogs" use. Their website is above.

Their is only one StockLock by Pat McCarthy and the other one that looks like it is called ProSoft by Phil Simms. Both have different internals and work a little different. If you looking for the a recoil devise that is less money then you have to look at the Precision Fit Stock by Vern Brown. Next would be Bumpbuster, Rad 3, Clydeslide (many close nock off's) and Gracoil.

I personally have used Custom made wood stocks, Gracoil, Clydeslide nockoff's and Precision Fit Stocks. The Precision Fit has been the best on recoil reduction for me and I still have 3 of them and use them all on different guns. The Precision Fit allows a person to fit the stock to them and if you gain or loose weight it can be changed to fit.

A friend of mine had a early StockLock that he sold, but he usually sells everything he has. Another friend purchased a ProSoft from Simms and loves it, its a beautiful piece of wood and workmanship. He swears up and down its the softest he has ever shot. Wish I wasn't left handed I would of tried it to see how it is on softness of recoil.

My next one will be the Pro-Soft having shot 3 different ones. Most felt recoil reducing stock I've ever shot including those that cost more.
