Palatka skeet club uses them in Florida.

On a windy day they don't seem to be as stable as White Flyer or Lawry targets, but that could just be me and I only shot at them on a skeet field.

Not a super hard target, but not as soft as White Flyer.

I put them through my portable thrower with no problems. I cant see any differences myself, they get tossed we shoot them.

Get this...they do not work well in our Outers/Champion traps. The company reps have all kinds of bullshit excuses of why we are having trouble with THEIR targets on THEIR trap machines. Nearly all our problems went away when we began using White Flyers three years ago.
