In light of what is happening with Quantico. Does this mean that CG is going to sue any shooter, who bad mouths their guns, for deflamation????

I can't answer that, but I think I can safely guarantee that the trolls are going to flame you for asking! :)

Well once you begin starting to sue shooters- any shooters- I think you have pis*** in your drinking water.

They are done I would think- as word of this gets out-- only time will tell.

As far as the lawsuit-- if the group acted in good faith- and didnt defame the name by actions that demonstrate malice, not the product but the reputation of the company-- I think they dont have a snowballs chance on the equator of surviving.

This dream CG has of some injunction type of action where the ban will be lifted immediately- who have they been getting advice from?

Bob Lawless and Jim Rich??????? they both have made wild claims of expertise- have had the simple version of the problem of CG suing people explained to them numerous times but they just cant accept it and want to argue points they have no understanding of and points that arent relevant.

There are other CG owners that just dont accept it

I dont know if CG makes a good gun or not but I will say that they tend to attact people that want a pretty gun-- the general rule with guns and life is you dont get something for nothing.

    regards from Iowa
