In Alliant's list of recipes, the only one listed for the wads above is for e3 powder. Are there any others that can be used in straight walled hulls?

I have been loading Fed. Papers with WW or Chedditte primer- 19 gr Promo and CB3118 with 1 1/16 of shot. Loaded about 300 Gold Medals with same recipe and shot last weekend. Can't recommend that this load is ok in your guns but I have shot over 4000 with no ill effect through mine.

I have loaded about 6500 Red 8's in Federal GM's after confirming data with Alliant. They are very good about returning emails.

Hit the link above and ask the guys that make the powder(and publish the data)

Gold Metal hull-19 grains of Solo 1000- 475-485 grains of mag. shot-Winchester or Remington primer-CB3118-AR wad. With just enough wad pressure to seat wad. For handicap increase to 20.5 grains. SOFT SOFT SOFT and will inkspot targets. You will love it!
