Could I get your opinion on Claybuster #1118 wads? Short, med or long range is best or not?

I have used them for several years now (loaded in excess of 40,000 of them)with no problems. I use them to load for 16 yds as well as handicap.

I use Winchester hulls (prefer the older ones however).

    Hope this helps.

Good for medium range depending on your barrel and choke. They also leave a little plastic residue in some chokes and forcing cones. Same goes for the CB1100-12 one ounce wad. They will work at longer yardages, but there are better choices.

I have them available by case or bag. If you need any, let me know.
