1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

If you would remove your email address from your postings, you won't get these. There is enough traffic on this site that the scammers are starting pay attention and prey on the unsuspecting.

I received this one in response to a WTB I posted. It was from myther65@aol.com.

"I have the stock you are looking for, if you send telephone no. I can explain further. Don"

I don't think I'll be sending my phone number. PM'd Don and he never responded.

Have a great weekend all! Thanks. -Bob.

Me too. Pretty easy to tell it is bogus just by the wording.

I received a speeding ticket from New York in my email yesterday. I'm going to take a chance and not pay it.
