My Mach One / Kuhner (MaKuhner) needs a coon grip cap. Bill Mains doesn't have a racoon die for his cut outs. Anybody? You don't have to do this for a living, just like to carve.

The measurements are 1-1/2 inches top to bottom and 1-3/4 inches from side to side. Something on a black piece of wood would be nice.

    Thanks, Joe.

He didn't offer that. I suppose I could ask.

Thanks Ed. I had a hand carved one in mind. Just asked Bill if he'd do one. Maybe I'll just glue a picture of one on there for now. Hah.

Bill does metal engraving only, not wood carving. Didn't know that.

Nah. Things kind of got carried away with my gun design - calling it 'the Kuhner' and all and Foggie posted that picture of me with racoons all over my stick model. The spin off from the BarraKuhna to my Mach One is coming to fruition and I just wanted to spruce it up a little.

    Still nothing.

just today while I was in TN I saw a 4 legged coon crossing the back roads at 3 p.m. I was going to catch it and send it to IL but it was as fast as the trigger on dennis devault's gun's.

    Joe:

I saw Scott Calhoun just yesterday in IN. but now im back in my own roost now.

So tell me what this contraption is now the last picture looks like a mach-One or even the new Infinity but I figured it was the Mach.

So did you buy the gun without the stock, you got me to wondering now please fill me in.

I know that dennis can make his gun wood look great I bet he can make the wood look like a coon tail did you ask him.

Now I don't know about his other line of product's that is out now <a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank">[IMG]</a>

Maybe he needs to stick to gun wood or either hire some good looking gal's to model his other line of product's.

    Ok im out of here...

    <a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank">[IMG]</a>

    Ok 1 for the road.

Fog, purchased the Mach One in the spring and went for a fitting with Dennis. When I got home I shot the BarraKuhna so well I asked for a few modifications to bring the stock closer to what I shoot. What you see is the result. I've been working it with a rasp to get 'er to where I wanted 'er. Get this. I marked the stock on both sides with pen and shortened it with a hand saw while in a vice. Real even except for the blade marks. Same pitch as from the fitting.

That back side of Dennis makes me smile just like the coons in my kitchen. Thanks and good to hear from you. Scott says he sees you around too. You single guys / married with no younguns have it good.

    Good to hear from you.
