We've got 4 sets of the wireless CVR's and everyone loves them. Follow the setup instructions and you'll be fine. It's a good bet you'll replace your wired with wireless eventually.

We've installed them at our club. Go through batteries but setup is easier. No cords to mess with. We had communications errors which was an internal fault but our dealer replaced the unit. Make sure this is offered where you buy yours.

We like ours. We don't have much an issue with batteries as we store the system inside in a heated area and everyone knows to turn everything off when we are done. Bill Malcolm

We have three sets of the wired systems. and we're looking at
transitioning to the ERAD system, which two other clubs in
our area have already done. We've already purchased three sets to use
    for registered shoots.

The Canterbury's were a real breakthrough in trapshooting, but that was
    nearly 15 years ago.

depends on where you are...Anchorage tried them, but in the winter time up here (-5 and colder) the damn batteries will hardly last a round...

I'll bet they work great in warmer climates, though.

    Baretta687EELL,

You don't have to turn off the system. It will automatically shut down after 5 minutes of non use.

Thanks, Eric, I guess we just shut them off early. Bill Malcolm
