    Howdy, Boys:

I know many of you guys think the AA HS shells are dangerous dogs. But, I tell you what..... I've kept shooting them, while looking down my barrels each time after ejection. I'll be honest - I can hardly wear them thangs out. I do not know just how many times I've reloaded them. Correct Answer: Many-many-many times; so many I cannot count them all.

I also shoot STS hulls and there is no comparison between the two as far as long life. The AA HS is way, way, way...... ahead. They don't get charred on the end.

I probably should not have posted this; I'll probably regret it in one way or another......

You boys take care and shoot straight.

    Mike

Reb, I like em too but I have to question your arithmatic skills. You sure you know how to count? Ur sayin they last as long as the number of ur fingers and toes?

Thanks for the tip, Rebel. I just have buckets full of green hulls, so I can't see running out in the near future. Between STS and Gun Club, it's much easier to end up with the green ones.

I also don't see a ton of people shooting the reloadable Winchesters.

What Claybuster wad works well with these hulls?

to bad AA h.s. are two piece hulls if you want a hull that reloads forever try gunclubs, I get 24 to 26 reloads out of them before the speed get below 1200fps with my load recipe

Yep. Everbody has their own personal favorite. All I'm saying is, I cannot believe how long the AA HS plastic lasts, especially at the crimp end.

Another guy at my club was telling me how tough the 28-ga HS hulls are also. He said they were excellent. I've never had any of them, so I don't know....
