I suggest you give Ron Todd (President CTA) or Kenneth Templeton (President Winchester Shooting Complex Brandon,Manitoba) a call to obatain a program for the shoot this year. Day 1 is June 28th and the final day is July 1st according to the program. Targets are $29.00 a hundred this year. Should be a good shoot to attend. I will be attending this shoot.

    Good shooting always,
    Ken

Actually the shoot starts on Wed. June 27 with a memorial doubles marathon. 5 events of 50 pair. No trophies, but are registered. Starts at 12:00 noon sharp, according to the program. Trevor Dawe happened to bring a few programs to Edmonton and I picked one up. Brandon is having its' 125th anniversary celebration on the same weekend as the Canadian so rooms are at a premium. Why anyone would want to go to Brandon except to shoot is beyond me....LOL Have a nice day.

Calgary Guy, Past winners are in the back of the program. I received a few copies in the mail and I have left them at different clubs in Alberta. I have not got one in the mail myself. Jamie if I can help you any more phone me a.s.a.p. as I am leaving for a shoot in Helena MT. on Friday morning. Trevor Dawe.
    Crock are you presquaded?

Why in this day an age, is not all relative shoot information not posted to a web page or at least the Flyer available for download?

There should be no reason to play phone tag or hope you run into someone that has information in regard to the shoot.

This is the Canadian Championship and I presume a major Canadian shoot?

If asked, I'm sure a sister club in the region would be more than happy to post the information.

There are many resources on the Internet for use by those who host shoots and the local club does not have a web site, to include the Lost Target web site and the other web sites that promote the shooting sports.

Joe Potosky, Your CTA Director for your Province was sent extra copies of the program. Why we have not received ours by mail well in advance is not right. All I am doing is trying to help out the shooters in my Province the best I can. Trevor Dawe.

Shawn, as far as results go i dont know all of the winners in every class and category, so i wont report any, but if i could get my hands on a shoot report i'll have it on here. sorry for the lack of results.

Last night I spoke with friends that are attending and heard that Bill Wylie was one of three that ran the 100 singles Friday, likely with his new gun. I also heard that Tyler Kenny ran his first 100 in singles and has been shooting doubles and handicap very well. The weather has been cool and breezy with a bit of rain Friday. Wet cloudy weather is forecast for Saturday and Sunday.
