They also think voters are stupid, a belief justified by the last election.

    Fellow shooters:

According to Rep. Chris Van Hollen of Maryland, chairman of the House Democrats' campaign committee, "The Democratic caucus is a big-tent caucus. We don't have a purity or an ideological test the way the Republicans do."

Nice try Van Hollen but I’m calling bullsh!t.

The current Congress has proven there is no such thing as a moderate dem. In vote after vote the so called moderates fell all over themselves to support Obummer’s liberal agenda. Be it the federal take over of the nation’s healthcare, the boondoggle stimulus, government bail outs, or intergenerational theft (stealing our children’s economic futures), moderates have been absolutely indistinguishable from the other big government meddling libs.

When a dem runs in a liberal district, he or she is a self branded liberal. When a dem runs in a moderate or conservative district, he or she is a closet lib - self described as a moderate.

In reality the big Democrat tent covers liberals and only liberals.
