1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

It is actually quite a simle process. It sounds intimidating but it's not.

    goto http://www.losttarget.com/importfirearmcanada.htm for info.

basically you buy the gun and have it shipped to an FFL that will get the US export paperwork done and also take care of registering it in Canada getting you a CFC cert (along with the import authorization). Then meet them at the border and do the transfer and it's in Canada ready to be used.

I would contact Frank Smith in Plattsburgh NY if you're ready to pull the trigger, so to say:

other guys here in Ottawa have also used Questar with good results:

although Questar is more expensive than Frank.

Leroy's Big Valley Gun Works charges a very reaonable rate. I think they do shotguns only.

Not a hard process, Victor. I've done it a couple of times myself. Bill Malcolm
