I doubt they could care less but I would be for checking ones sanity for wanting to do it to one of the prettiest guns made. What a disgrace it would be but to each his own.

It's your gun, who cares what others think?

I sometimes take my camo 1187 to the trap range. It usually is ignored, but every now and then some anal retentive Fudd will give me stink eye. I don't care. The irony is it has a monte carlo stock and has the same POI and handles very close to my 1187 trap gun.

It's been done. Fully camo K80. I don't have the ambition to go searching google for pics right now, but I'm sure if you do you'll find some of it.

Krieghoff could care less if you looped a piece of rope through your trigger guard, another around your ball hitch, and went driving down the road w/ your gun bouncing behind your car... It's your gun, do as you please (as long as its safe).

Yup. Been done. I have a fully camoed K80....Nick Sisley wrote it up in Skeet Shooting review a few years ago. It's in mossy oak shadow grass and I use it to hunt ducks with. I guy told me once on a snow goose hunt a few years ago that it was the grossest display of wealth he'd ever seen! LOL. I guess you can't give rednecks money... Ole well. I like it and the boys at KI do to. They had it behind the counter at the grand this year to show people.
