Since 5 1m in NC on Sunday is 2 am in CA I'm assuming you've been on the road for over 5 hours. Time for a stop. Have a great trip. I'm guessing you'll arrive in CA on Wednesday just before Thanksgiving.

    Chatbrat,

I once made the drive to California. It wasn't the scenic variety, I was delivering a car to my brother who was stationed at 29 Palms. I pulled onto I-70 just west of Indy at about noon on a Monday and arrived in 29 Palms 6pm Tuesday evening. Nothing like driving accross the desert southwest, in July, with a car that doesn't have a/c!

Phil: If yu are able to read this while on your trip, there are other very nice places to shoot and visit. Mirimar in San Diego is very nice and the city offers a lot to tourists. Going north is a very small club called North Hollywood Sportsman's Club -- very friendly with 3 traps. They are located in the foothills of Los Angeles [Santa Clarita by Magic Mountain]. Fred
