I just saw on the news where a county in CA is going to have to shell out 400K a year for life to a recently retired government worker. This is her pension! This is a COUNTY worker.

The Californians that are emigrating to Texas will be good, solid conservatives. That's why they are moving to Texas. My wife and I will be checking out Arizona soon. We can't wait to get out of this looney bin.

My sister lives in Austin. She fits right in with all the California liberal AH's moving there and to the Houston area. Austin is becoming the SW silicon valley. Between them and the Mexian migration, Texas will become like Colorado. The good conservative natives will be crowded out in a few years. It was fun while it lasted. Jimmy Borum

LOL, that's funny but unfortunately, that's what out liberal society has become, everyone whether they work or not wants entitlement to everything, and the worse thing is, these people vote......

One of my kids was in line at local Walmart, young couple in front of him had a large cart of groceries and in the other cart had a 50" Flat screen tv, paid for the groceries with the old welfare debit card and then paid for the 50' with their own credit card, he was telling me this and said he wished he could get a tv like that, I said get used to it, the people that don't work still want all the things that people have that do work......

A CA conservative will be a liberal in Texas. Same way here in Indiana we have some conservative Chicagolanders, whom move from Ctown or NWest Indiana to other parts of the state and suddenly become liberal. The first thing they want to tell you is how they did it in Chicago. They never ask the question - why they left the hell hole of Chitown.

I lived in Nevada for a couple of years in the 80s. Even back then the conservative CA started their escape to free Nevada. They didn't even have their drivers license changed before they started to tell you how they did it in CA. Now look at Nevada, LasVegas, Reno in particular. Those places are nothing but an extenstion of LA, and SF.

Texas has 5 years, maybe 10 before the combination of the illegal invasion and the CA transplants destroy it. Sad thing is - if Texas is gone, where is there anyplace left to run to??

15 years ago I would have bet my last dollar that the Mexican invaders won't be able to find Indiana on the map, but they sure as hell did!

Beach Lifeguards in CA get $100k a year for life, after a short 20 year career.

Bisi...I would NEVER become a liberal anywhere. There are many of us rock ribbed, Goldwater conservatives in the interior part of the state. I also would never exclaim "that's how we did it in California". How we are doin' it in California ain't working too well!

I don't think you people appreciate how expensive it is to live in California. It wouldn't be FAIR to ask her to live like poor people after a life of PUBLIC SERVICE to her fellow man, would it?

$1100 a day pension, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, they are paying this woman. The taxpayers don't even get a weekend or holiday off from paying her.

Who was the chowderhead here who kept whining that the rest of us needed to bail out Commiefornia because they were subsidizing the rest of the states?

I think a big GO TO HADES is in order when you see crap like that.

I can't dis anyone for taking what's available.

You have to look at who made it possible for this crap to take place. That would be elected officials approving contracts.

So this situation was actually voted into place by the people.

Must be something in the water.
