CA Central Zone Shoot

    The Kern County Gun Club will be hosting the 2012 CA Central Zone Shoot June 2nd & 3rd. Saturday will be 2 events: 100 doubles & 100 Handicap. Sunday will be the 200 Singles Event. Awards & Classification details to follow in a few days. Hope to see you there.

    For Saturdays Doubles, there will be 5 Classes, AA,A,B,C,D. The awards are a CGSTA buckle for the doubles champion & Shamrock Doubles shell box holder for each class. For Saturdays Handicap, 18-22, 23-26, & 27 yardage groups. Awards are CGSTA buckle for Champion, & Wages silver buckles for yardage group winners. For Sundays Zone Singles, 6 classes AAA,AA,A,B,C,D. Awards are Shamrock Leather Shooting Bags for each class. Also for Sunday same leather bags for Hi Lady, Hi Vet & Hi Junior.

    The CGSTA will award Zone Awards for this shoot also. The awards will be a certificate for your target entry in the California State Shoot Singles Championship, Saturday June 23rd 2012.

    Awards will be:
    Men's Team, Top shooter in AAA, AA, A, B, C, and D classes.

    Ladies Team : Top 5 Ladies scores

    Junior Team: Top 2 Junior Shooters, Top 2 Sub Junior Shooters and the 5th memeber will be the next highest score whether it be Junior or Sub Junior.

    Veteran TEam: Top 2 Veterans, Top 2 Sr. Veterans and the the 5th member will be the next highest score whether it is a Veteran or Sr. Veteran.

    Should be a great day of shooting..

    This should be a great shoot!!! the Zone competition is one of the favorite events at the state shoot!! Good luck to all the shooters in all the zones!!!!
