Looking for feedback on Ken's "Bumpbuster" recoil system on semi-autos. How do you like it and the quality he puts out? A good friend needs some information before having this done to her shotgun. Thanks all!

Thanks for the feedback guys! I knew Ken does great work and his recoil system is right at the top of the heap! Not having first hand knowledge myself I thought I'd get opinions from those that do.

I've had two of them Hap, and I have no complaints at all.

    Bottom line..........They work.

Hap, are you talking about the Bumpbuster or the Autobuster. I ask because you mentioned putting one on an Semi. We have a guy in his mid 80s with the autobuster on a 1100. The recoil on that gun is extremely light.

I have an AutoBuster on my 1187 which came on a Jack West stock I bought from Ken. Everything is first class in regards to fit, finish and quality. The system is uber adjustable and works perfectly.
For what it's worth I have two shooting buddies who had Ken install BumpBusters on their XS Skeet's. Both are happy as clams with the installation as well as performance.

    Hap,

Ken's workmanship and talents is top notch, in my opinion the best craftsman of stock work that I've ever seen!!
His Bumpbuster is great, easily adjusted and really takes the recoil from your shoulder, a very nice looking unit.
Ken's overall knowledge in his field is incredible.
