Need some input..How much are clubs charging on game shooting?? Buddys, Annies, etc..Are they a money maker for the clubs? On the Annies is one buyback a good idea?? Just trying to get a base line...

    Many Thanks...

We charge $3.00 per person for protectors. Usually 12 teams on the line. We charge $4.00 per person for Annies. Even at these reasonable prices, the club makes a good income from the shoots.

Our club shoots nothing but games. We charge $4 and pay out $9 per 5 shooters whether it is a buddy or an Annie. The most profitable way is no buy back. If you do one buy back, only do it with under 20 shooters. Any more than that and you will drag it on using lots of targets and will not make much $$$ A lot of former registered shooters are shooting games today. Not sure why but it is a trend, probably the cost.If your club is not offering games, I highly suggest you try it. You will have another crowd that you do not have now. You will also gain members. Evenings or Saturday or Sunday seem to work best.

We charge 5.00 for all games. The annies include 2 buybacks (third hickey your out) We pay 3.00 to shooter 2.00 to house for each entry. 20 people on the line makes for a pretty good pot. buddys are 5 teams to the line 30.00 for the winners. do as many as everyone wants to shoot. Club makes money this way and shooters are happy with it.

yes a protector is the same as a buddy. I have shot in many states and they are referred to as Buddies, protectors, Buddy Backers.

Our Annies are 3 dollars each with 3 Hickies and you're out. Sometimes we do a one and done for $2. Club is paid 15 cents per target out of the pot. Club gets 15 cents or so per target on Buddies as well.

We shoot a set of 5 annies for $13.00. 1 $ goes in jackpot. 1 hicky and you are out. Last 2 or 3 shooters standing make the shootoff. We start at the 32 yard line. Shootoffs are at about 40-45 yard line. Target costs come out of the pot. If you can win 3 in a row, you win 10% of jackpot. 4 or 5 pays higher %. Shoot any 2 3/4 shell you can handle. Much more fun than registered!
