BT99 ejector

    what year did the browning bt99 discontinue the ejector ?? on all the bt's i've looked at in the past several or more years, they only extract, i'm sure due to cost. thanks, dennis

    I think the omitting of the ejector for just the extractor had alot to do with shooters reloading as well as cost. Easier to just grab a lifted hull than try and catch it as it springs out. Most of the BT100 models had a eject/extract adjustment on their dropout trigger mech. I think the basic matte finish BT100 was the only one without that option.

    The BT-99 went to extract only when it was re-introduced in 2000.
