I have a BT 99 with a ejector that does not kick out the empty shell. Looks like it has a light spring that needs to be replaced. Looks like the light spring was on purpose. Any suggestions.

    Joe,

Get another stronger spring from Ace hardware. It took me about 15 minutes to change mine. Most of that time was looking for a screwdriver bite that fit the three screws properly. I took out the three screws pulled the fore piece forward and wiggled the spring and guide out took that light spring to Ace and bought one same length but heaveier and now it lifts the spent hull about
2inches up just like I wanted. Not ejectore but a nice extractor lift so I can get my fingers a good hold on it. Lyle
