I was considering very seriously about purchasing a BT-99 as a starting trap gun. I have also been told to look at a used BT-99 plus so that I would have the advantages of an adjustable rib.

Then someone told me about a BT-99 AR- has adjustable rib just like the BT-99plus ( basically a new bt-99 plus )- run about 1995 - then would need to add an adjustable comb ( 200) and or recoil reducer ( 300-350).

Anyone have any experience with these new BT-99 AR( adjustable ribs)- and or any comments on cost of BT-99AR.

IMHO, you would be better off with a used BT99 PLUS. It has all the extras you want at a lower cost then a tricked out BT-99 AR. JM
