Is the bt 80/20 the same thing as the bt 99 plus but with a straight grain wood , one with adjustable comb and butt ?

BT99 Plus has adjustable high rib, factory adjustable recoil absorbing stock that can be adjusted for LOP, comb height, butt pad angle and sells for about $2k in good condition. JM

Yes, and they had factory porting. The older ones were great guns.

If you are referring to the new BT-99 Plus I'm pretty sure the ribs are different. Also the Plus has an ejector and the 80/20 has an extractor.

The rib on the newer BT-99 Plus is similar to the rib on the older BT-99 Max and BT-100.

Yes they are very similar, but just by looking at the new plus and the new 80/20 the ribs look different between those two.

The new Plus has a taller rib compared to the B-99 80/20 rib.

The 80/20 and the new plus have the same height non adjustable high post rib. The new plus does not have an adjustable butt, just comb. The plus has a different forend, ported barrel, grade III/IV walnut, gloss oil finish, adjustable comb, Pachmayr recoil pad, silver nitride finish steel receiver. There's a lengthy thread recently that has all the info.

That is NOT the 80/20 you posted....that's a standard BT99! I own an 80/20 and a shooting buddy owns a new plus. Do some research. You obviously didn't go look at the other thread!
    This is an 80/20

The only difference in the rib between the 80/20 and the new plus are the posts are angled forward on the plus and they are straight up on the 80/20.....again....see thread called: Guns Unlimited"80/20" Bt99?
