Mine was rather flat out of the box. You'll have to put it on paper to find out where it shoots for you.

The POI can be different for two people shooting the gun. The POI is a function of the position of the shooters eye and the front sight.

Mine shoots about 80/20 for me. I paid $1,300 for mine and its in really nice shape.

REM T, I had the comb made adjustable on mine so that I could set it to what was about 70-30 on paper. That is with adding two small spacers. When my teenage son started shooting I needed to adjust the comb to the left a little to get him to line up properly on it. If you son is in the same age range I would suggest having the comb cut (if it isn't already) so he can get fit to it better.

My BT-100 fixed full choke, non-adjustible stock shoots relatively flat, 60/40.

My BT 100 shoots flat but not near as flat as my hunting shot guns. I have a BT 99 which I feel shoots substancialy higher than the BT 100. Both guns have adj. combs. I have always thought my BT 100 kicked a lot harder than my BT 99. This spring I had a "Bump Buster" installed on the BT 100 due to the kick and feel that the "Bump-Buster" has proved to be worth every dollar it cost. Ken did a first rate job with the installation.
