I need to know how to remove the bolt from a Browning Sweet 16. The bolt has some surface rust and i want to try and clean it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance Barry

Go and find the book that is for shotgun break down. It is a great book that shows you how to take the gun down and put it back together. A book store can order the book or go to a gun show and I know they will have the book on the table. I have a number of them and they are worth it. I have taken them down but without the gun in hand I'm scared to tell you how. Its not hard.

Thanks Jeff I see thats its a little more complicated than removing the bolt from a 1100. Being that this gun has never had a screwdriver to it I think I will just leave it as is. Thanks again Barry

If you take your time and use the correct screw drivers you can do it.
