My brother would like to sell a 1963 Browning Superposed. Standard grade/weight, RKLT, 28" F/M, very nice wood in factory luggage case. The gun is 98% or better. It has been through Arts for a restore job though. What kind of value would something like this be worth in todays market?

I assume it is a 12 ga? worth $1200 to 1500. 20 ga worth $1900 to $2500 based on rework by Art. More if in 98% untouched original. $3000-3500 if 28 ga

The values posted are true if the refinish is absolutely invisible and the gun appears original, not refinished.

I have a 1964 Browning Superposed, 30", F/F, old style grip. It says "Magnum" on the barrel. Are magnums worth more than standard chambers?

Only if it has the uncommon solid rib.

Magnums seem to me to be less valuable. Because they cannot shoot steel, it is hard to find a good use for them.
