Can anyone tell me what new model Browning that a Sporter Ultra Plus would compare to?

    Thanks,

    Joe

I have an Ultra Sporter Plus and the current crop of sporting clay crushers are quite a bit heavyer, closer to being true target guns. I can carry my Ultra all day, I'd hate to have to carry a 525 or 625 all day hunting, although I think they move to the target better. Bottom line I don't think there is a modern equivalant unless it would be a field gun model.

Wireguy thanks for the input. Could you please tell me if the receiver and parts like firing pins are the same as a standard Citori? Also would this be a ok gun for some occasional skeet and five stand?
    Thanks. Joe
