Seems like we always hear the bad about service, here's the other side.

Broke one of the extractors in my cynergy, shipped it off 10/24/08 to Browning.

Was completely shocked to have it delivered today, no charge!

    Hat's off to Browning

Mr. Metcalf........very rare to get that kind of service from those Browning guys. Had many, many experiences as a retailer over the years and most of the time it was a nightmare. Hopefully, it has changed for the better. Glad to hear a good report............Uncle Sam, Pa.

I sense Browning may be trying to turn over a new leaf. I too had excellent service from Browning. I sent an XT back to them that had some problems, along with test targets and findings, then sent a brand new gun back within 45 days.
