Having problems with hard trigger pull at random times. Occurs about once every 25-35 shots & sometimes longer. Most noticable when shooting trap. Have cleaned gun right before shooting & sometimes helps. Anyone experience similar problem & recommend fix?? Curt

The next time it happens, take a look the the position of the top lever. It may be too far to the right.

The Citori has a feature that if the gun is not lock into battery (locked tight), it will prevent you from pulling the trigger.

Be sure when you close the gun, to do it gently, but let the top lever trip under it's own speed. That will ensure a tight lock-up.

Also check behind the ejector head for any foreign debris that could have gotten in there. Not allowing the ejector to fully retract into the bbl will prevent the bbl from closing all the way.
