Browning 1911- 22

    Looking at purchasing a 1911-22. Looking at Browning and Sig, Kimber is too pricey for me. Any knowledge and experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

    You might want to look at the ATI M-1911 if you are considering the SIG. The ATI is $30.00 less than the SIG version. Consider the following, both are made in Germany, both come in the same case, both have the same style of threaded barrel, magazines are interchangeable, the sights on the ATI are three dot while the SIG sights are three dot contrast. I sell the ATI for $349.00 and the SIG version for $379.00.

    NO first hand knowledge.....but the guys & gals over on the 1911 Forum have great things to say about these baby Browning 1911s. Not cheap....but definitely a sweet shooting plinker. On my Christmas list.
