1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

If you or anyone you know, have any broken Perazzi TM-1 top levers, I will buy them for $20. I'm particularly interested in those that have had the small tab at the bottom broken off.

As most of us know, Perazzi has discontinued the TM-1 and will no longer be manufacturing parts for them. The top lever is now no longer available.

I have come up with a very nice and clean repair for the top levers with the broken tip. It does not involve piling on a gob of weld and reshaping. I'm so confident of the repair, that I will guarantee the repair for life to the original customer. What is also very nice about this repair is if your top lever was nickel plated or was part of a highly engraved gun, no additional work would be needed...no bluing, no plating, no re-engraving.

I do have pictures of the steps I've taken to make the repair. I know of no other shop making this repair, but I,m "kind of" hesitant to post them right now. I'd like to keep this repair exclusive to my shop.

When the top levers were available, their cost was around $350. Beyond the cost of new, you could expect at least another $100 or more for fitting. I believe I can make this repair for $200. If I'm able to purchase a few broken ones, repair them and keep them in my inventory, I could sell them for $220.

    Thank you for your time,

    Doug Braker

The nickel plated top lever is repaired. The blued top lever is a factory new one.

TM-1 top levers for Giacomo must be exclusive because Perazzi USA no longer have them or will not sell them.

The TM-1 top lever IS different than the TM-9s.
