Briley Titanium choke problem

    I have many Briley chokes that screw tight with a wrench into the notches at the muzzle end and have no problem. I recently purchased a titanium choke that has no notches and has to be installed with a friction wrench, also by Briley. My problem is this: after a round or two, the choke loosens up and needs to be retightened and, after shooting, find that powder residue actually gets behind the choke. Has anyone experienced a similar event? What am I doing wrong?
