I received mine earlier this week and am very satisfied with it. I had a good system for measuring chokes and choke tubes with a old Reed mic and a spring loaded inside divider but could not get into the bores very deeply with that set up, but this gauge works well.

    Thanks, Gregg

Got mine last week Gary and am very happy with it. Early tests show it to be more accurate than that other brand. Thanks and Happy New Year. Bill H.

I'm interested. Where can I see the bore micrometers? Is it any better then my Skeet’s I bought from Brownell’s?

Gary, got mine today as well. And the Shell cutters too. Impressed with all of it. Just wondering, what would be a good way to keep the calibration tube on the thing while in transit (like in my car)? seems like it might be a good way to protect the bearing surfaces. Thanks a lot..

Mine has a case as shown below. Maybe you can make one. Ray

Came back to edit and say I just posted a picture of my Custom Shooting Products case in case someone needed an idea of how to make one for his/their gage. Sorry for the confusion

    X Trap,

Thanks for posting a photo of your bore micrometer. Is there a web site where they are listed? I like that it comes in a nice wooden case. Thanks,

    Dale

Thanks Rick. They look like their well made. Since tomorrow is the first of January I'll see what the increase in price is. I'll contact Gary over the weekend.
