I have found Blaser Customer service to be the best, very, very informative and very fast turnaround on service, very customer oriented, and they live up to their advertised word 100%. No if's ands or buts, just Service Excellence.

I needed new posts for the adjustable comb to replace the high posts the Blaser came with. Blaser sent them right away, and no charge.

    No problems with my Blaser.

    Regards, and good shooting,

    Dave

Took them 3 months to get me and a friend the additional scope rings and bases for our NRA rifles.

I bought my F3 Baronesse last Oct. I order a 4 barrel set and recieved the gun with 12-20&28 guage barrels in Dec. I was told the 410 barrels would be available in Jan. 2011. Called to purchase in Jan. and was told it would be March. Called again in March and was told June. Called in June and was told Sept. at the latest. It is now Oct. again and no 410 barrels. I like the gun but hate the lies. Mark Mauch

sprinkerlerman- just like anything else- production times of new items varies-

I would call that reality- not lies- unless you asked for a gurantee

Gene I didn't ask for a Gurantee. When a person doesn't do as they tell me over and over I consider it a lie. If they would have called and given me a viable reason I would understand. When I bought the gun I was told I could have a 4 guage set, that was part of my reason for going with Blaser. Mark

Understand- I just happened to talk to them Friday and I was asking about sporting clays and they were working with Germany still on fielding the 410 barrels

I think the "truth" sometimes changes based on engineering and manufacturing changes
