    friend of mine was shooting these shells new and the ends were ripping off.

    I wouldn't try to reload them. I have seen them deteriorate on the first firing of the factory load. I don't think I would take the chance of having trouble. If you are going to load shells and spend money on components, use something that is known to work and leave the garbage in the can.

    They are EXCELLENT if you make roll crimped 2.5" 12 gauge shells.. Other than that.. worthless
