Wiley Democrats, a few anyway, have inadvertantly attached gun legislation to a cyber security bill. The bill is SA 2575. Oppose the bill and the way it is being introduced if you agree to disagree that is. More on examiner.com .

It wasn't done "inadvertently". It was done deliberately. It's a ban on sale AND POSSESSION of so-called "high capacity" magazines.

This is why you do not vote for liberals (or anti-gun RINOs). They will never give up on their goal of banning all guns incrementally.

Sarcasm. Clips, strips, belts etc. as well. Vote as close to Conservative as possible. This time Romney and pray he is kept in check by Constitutional Conservatives.

Just read an article that this bill did not pass the first time, was rewritten, did not pass the second time by one vote and now, just read that the bill may have been passed by executive order sometime in October due to pressure by Democrats. When will the administration and the press begin covering all these executive orders and how these orders can effect everyday citizens?
Anyone else have any info regarding this bill, Cybersecurity Bill which also gives the authority to shut down the internet?

Also read another article of why Socialism catches on because of socialist ideas taught in school. IMHO,(in my humble opinion) this is what fuels progressivism as well, that is, the I'm the teacher and you're the student forever relationship in which the teacher knows best all the time. When it comes to bad behavior, the whole class gets punished for the actions of one or two upstarts. We are taught to accept that. These are the very people who are making laws and policies now. Those who do not expand beyond that, never understand that only the bad students should be punished.

I have to ask one question... Are the Republicans in the House doing their job or not?

This bill is back and going to be voted on. Don't know if it's been amended, but if it hasn't it's back door gun legislation. Write your representatives.
