Saving lives one bullet at a time

Well it should come as no surprise now that BHO II is going
to be the Anti-Gunners Death Angel??¦ and attempt to

Disarm American Citizens by any means possible.

    Ammunition Accountability Legislation

The bill that is being pushed in 18 states (including
Illinois and Indiana ) requires all ammunition to be
encoded by the manufacture a data base of all ammunition
sales. So they will know how much you buy and what
    calibers.
Nobody can sell any ammunition after June 30, 2009 unless
    the ammunition is coded.

Any privately held uncoded ammunition must be destroyed
    by
July 1, 2011. (Including hand loaded ammo.) They will
    also
charge a .05 cent tax on every round so every box of ammo
you buy will go up at least $2.50 or more!

If they can deprive you of ammo they do not need to take
    your gun!

This legislation is currently pending in 18 states:
    Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Hawaii,
    Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi,
Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode
    Island,
    South Carolina, Tennessee, and Washington.

Send to your friends in these states AND fight to dissolve
    this BILL!!

To find more about the anti-gun group that is sponsoring
this legislation and the specific legislation for each
    state, go to:

I believe there are more instances of the abridgement of
the freedom of the people by gradual and silent
encroachments of those in power than by violent and sudden
    usurpations.

    fight the anti-gun establishment.

It may have been thrown out but just watch, I bet it will be bundled together with other crap bills and passed in some other states.

Why would you want to "stock up" if you think it will pass and you intend to comply w/ it? You'd have to get rid of your stock of ammo by 7/1/11.
Does anybody know if this applies to shotgun ammo or is it directed to metallic ammo only?

We should believe this will apply to ALL ammo and fight our collective asses off to stop it! maclellan1911 has it correct. Those who think it won't happen are just plain WRONG! These radicals are comming after our 2d amendment rights one way or another. Get involved people, BEFORE it's too late. Jake Jacobs

Join the NRA. If we increase the membership a mere 10%, politicians will notice. Membership numbers make a difference.

I think theres already been a run on ammo in my area, two of our three Wal-Marts are out of .40 & .45 ammo with a small supply of 9mm still on the shelf.
Now granted part of this could be related to heavy holiday purchases or Obama
mania, but what struck me as unusual was one of the store clerks said she had
received a Corporate E-mail stating the warehouse was out and that when they
got their new shipment the taxes/fees would be going up again. Might not be a bad idea to grab a few extra boxes.
    Respectfully, Spyderdaddy
