Check out the Westin mattress, based on the ones they use in the Westin hotels. It is by far the most comfortable I personally have everb slept on. Not cheap,a king goes for 1800.00,but you will sleep like a baby.

A good memory foam with a two inch topper of the same. The topper is important and makes the difference. I wish we had bought one "long" ago!

With my bad back we've tried inner spring--sleep number & the floor none seem "consistent" for me, have not tried foam but about ready to. Our living room couch has foam cushions that helps sometimes. So far for "my" back the inner spring or the foam couch seems to help. Ross Puls

We've been sleeping on a Simmons Matrix Back Care pillow top for 9 years...and it's still wonderful....it is the best I've ever owned....I know lots of folks are buying the new memory foam or adjustable type mattress but I'd buy another Simmons without hesitation...

rogertc: Thanks for the websites. I never knew there were so many scams concerning mattresses. Thanks again...
