I would like the know the best skeet forum(s) to purchase a Blaser F3 Skeet or Super Skeet shotgun.

TS.com is great for Trap Shotguns; where do I find it counterpart for skeet?

Any help is very much appreciated.

    Thanks,

Lots of skeet guns show up here.

Quite a few bishootuals have come out of the closet. But you might want to also look at Shotgun World.

    Humor appreciated. :)

I am thinking about the Blaser Super Skeet with 30" barrels.

Thanks to those that replied by PM, too.

    Dave:
Don't take it personally, but trapshooters and skeet shooters like to go back and forth with each other, like Texas and Oklahoma jokes. The first day that I ever came out to a gun club I had a Remington 870 field gun with me.

An older man asked me if I was going to shoot trap or skeet that day? I asked what's the difference?

He said, trap is meant for every day common folk. There are lots of shooters, and if you don't particularly like some one you do not have to associate or shoot with them, as you can blend in and shoot with others.

He than said in skeet, they drive up in their Cadillac's and wear silk underwear. There are few skeet shooters and if you don't like some one, your stuck shooting with them and seeing them constantly.

That is the reason I shoot trap. True story!

Great story! I don't take the banter personally, but enjoy it like everyone else. Makes the world go around with a smile.

Years ago I was told if you went past a gun club after a shoot and the guys were trading guns, it was a trap shoot.

If they were having cheese & wine it was a skeet shoot.

Not too many skeet shooters on here, they are too busy shooting to be on the internet all day.

Most here don't shoot skeet because they can't climb all those stairs to refill the high house targets.

    You guys started it. Boom

And all the walking around the skeet field, it's hard enough for most trapshooters too get from station 1 to station 5. Just funning you guys!
