THIS IS THE BEST EXPLANATION I HAVE SEEN...

    • U.S. Tax revenue: $2,170,000,000,000

    • Fed budget: $3,820,000,000,000

    • New debt: $ 1,650,000,000,000

    • National debt: $14,271,000,000,000

    • Recent budget cut: $ 38,500,000,000

Let's remove 8 zeros and pretend it's a household budget:

    • Annual family income: $21,700

    • Money the family spent: $38,200

    • New debt on the credit card: $16,500

    • Outstanding balance on the credit card: $142,710

    • Total budget cuts: $385

    Attention Congress:

This simple math example is just the thing for 535 people who can't make change for a dollar without a calculator. (with or without)

And the stock market is down again today, because of the zero job growth news today.

This has not happened since 1945, and that is because of all the G.I.'s returning home and industry's slow return from wartime to domestic product production.

Welcome to Obamaville. And people wonder why the TEA (Taxed Enough Already) Party grows in numbers everyday.

Speaking of taxes, the stupid ruling class here in Colorado are pushing for a return to a progressive income tax, increases in property and sales taxes and inclusion of the sales taxes to services.

We have had our flat income tax rate for some 20 years and I sure hate to see it go.

All they have to do here, is look at what has happened to the states of New York and Illinois to see what happened when they took that direction and they might see the folly of it.

Of course it will happen, because they say we will not have enough money for schools, prisons or Medicaid, and the dumb people will fall all over themselves to support it. Seems like the last 20 years there has been tax increases every year to continue the school system. Thank you teachers union.
