beretta so5 stock removal

James, take recoil pad loose and see if stock has stockbolt connecting it to the receiver.shoot well,bigmike

The stock will come off once you take off the trigger plate. The stock is "clamped" between the top tang and the trigger plate. The trigger plate has a beveled section that extends up into the stock to "pull" the stock forward into the action as the tang screw is tightened. Trigger plate has screw holding it to the action in front of the trigger guard. Regards, John Hancock
