I have a Beretta 682 Gold E combo and two 682 Gold O/U's. Are the barrels and receivers interchangeable?

Generally they interchange pretty well, better than most. Try them and see that mostly it's a good fit and just pass on the others. If there's too big a gap at the receiver (or it won't close) , or the lever is too far over or straight and the barrel is a bit wobbly use the other ones.

I had 3 Beretta's at one time, and out of all the combinations just one didn't work.

As Neil said, watch the fit.

    You can't depend on it.

They will all fit with a few exceptions. Some require the touch of a qualified person and should be checked by a qualified person (that is for the lawyers). In most cases try and keep the fore end wood and the matching barrel together. Bill Malcolm
