I am trying to get a value on a Beretta 680 before I offer it for sale for the estate of a close friend. It is a 30" over and under with matching serial #'s and supposedly shot less than a box of shells and it looks it. It also has an unsingle barrel 32" but the serial # doesn't match the receiver( I have been told that in this time period you could buy an over and under and make it into a combo from the factory and the numbers wouldn't match). It is in a combo case that is labeled Beretta 1680- 1980. My friend had a card in the box that said TriCentennial Model and that it was one of 300 but I see no designation of that on the gun. Email me if you have a good idea of the value or post on here but I will be away from the computer for the Holidays. Bill Parson Jr.

My Blue Book (a couple of years old) says $850 for 98% condition plus $300 for the combo setup, so you're looking at $1,150

Well a set of barrels is selling new for $750(on sale) and old style unsingle still sell for $5-600 and reciever plus its a limited run I would go for $2000 if you actually want to sell it quick or more if you want to wait and get lots of offers.

You`d have a right hard time to find that setup for 1150. Although that may be what a ffl dealer will give you cash for it.

That 680 should bring $1850-$2100 depending on a couple of things. Pic's will help here. I've seen some really outstanding wood on them old 680's. If the barrels are fixed choke (unported/non-modified) it will also a be a plus and add to the value. It will be a little slower selling being a 32"/30" combo, but none the less valuable.

I agree with short shucker, the older 680's are sort of like the TM1. Time proven and semi-collectable as shooters. 2K anyway. The Chicago chop-shop's will be on this one!
