My rib pop off my 391 teknys today while shooting. I'm sure this has been covered here before, but what are the possible ways to correct/prevent this. The only reason why I think it might of happened today as opposed to others is because it was near 100 today. Any advice is appreciated.

    Thanks

    John

Check your receiver. My son had that problem about 3 years ago. His receiver had a worn crescent spot. We eventually solved the problem with a fixed rib barrel. Beretta service department acted like they had never heard of the problem which was/is bull.

Put some red loctite in the front where you move the detent. It will stay put forever.

What 635G said, Red Locktight all contact points and let cure.

Worked for me, going on three years now, it stays put.
