How often do what parts usually need replaced in these? Mainly springs. I bought one last year that had been sitting around for 10+ years. I have shot 6,500 target shells through it. Is it time to replace the recoil spring? Thanks.

I always replace one on a gun if i don't know who had it or how much it had been shot. A bolt is expensive to replace the spring is very cheap. Another thing to consider is if someone leaves the bolt open on the gun while it is in storage for long periods of time. It compresses the spring and weakens it real quick if stored that way. I always tell guys to leave the bolt closed and fire the trigger to save springs.
