    Low in fat and high in fiber ......... :)

    A wad designed for 7/8 oz may also be an option. ie: AA12L, Fed. 12SO or any of the clones.

    Either way she should be comfortable with your loads.

    Put the bean on the bottom for better patterns ... just kidding! I used beans for light loads when I was in college and the shot had to go as far as I could stretch it! Never seemed to bother my scores so I still shoot 1oz at singles and doubles! No beans now though!

    Thanks for reminding me of the old days and for teaching a youngster how to shoot.

    Oh Bob, everybody knows if you put the beans in the bottom, the pressures will rise!
