The Agriculture Department has announced that over 350 names of beef and pork cuts will be changing. This supposedly so the consumer will better understand the various names of meat in the stores and where they come from on the respective animal. It will not apply to chicken. "Pork Butt" will become "Boston Roast". Ground Beef will still be known as Ground Beef.

    Have a happy grilling season.
