"I WANT TO APPOLOGIZE FOR THE ARROGANCE OF AMERICANS" Barack Hussein Obama to Europeans 2009.

This is long and the hand-held camera is shaky but I found it was an honor and a privilege--even a duty of citizenship--to watch every second of it. I kept thinking that these strangers taking time from their day to stand on a hot, dusty Georgia roadside in June spoke more than words of their own commitment to citizenship. If your eyes are dry at the end of this video, see your doctor...............

Killed in action the week before, the body of Staff Sergeant First Class John C. Beale was returned to Falcon Field in Peachtree City , Georgia , just south of Atlanta , on June 11, 2009 . The Henry County Police Department escorted the procession to the funeral home in McDonough , Georgia.

A simple notice in the local papers indicated the road route to be taken and the approximate time.

Nowadays one can be led to believe that America no longer respects honor and no longer honors sacrifice outside the military. Be it known that there are many places in this land where people still recognize the courage and impact of total self-sacrifice. Georgia remains one of those graceful places. The link below is a short travelogue of that day's remarkable and painful journey. But only watch this if you wish to have some of your faith in people restored. Please share widely.

Thanks jerbear, I dont think I spend an entire day without a tear for our guys in the service. My son is in Iraq now, Have a gandson in svc and lost a grandson last thanksgiving day in svc. Every one should support these guys. Most of the public has no idea of what these guys go thru. The time away from home and family to protect the rights that we take for granted, and to have someone apologise for us doing that makes me ill. God bless our svc men.

Jerbear, Indeed the video brought tears to my eyes and choked me up. It also makes my blood boil that an American President and Vice President made up things to create an unnecessary war that put these young people in harm's way? And for what? I understand that Iraq has now started giving out oil leases to the American oil companies. Mission accomplished?

Guess you could ask the 50 million free Iraqis/Afghans what they think of your "unecessary" war.

(Maybe you'd better get a seat next to Helen for a while until you get your bearings.)

jakearoo, you need a battery acid enema. If you're so damn smart why aren't you running things? Your sanctimonious retchings fall on deaf ears here.

Go back to the Huffington blog and chat with all your pals.

I thank you Jerbear for posting this Video I sent it every in my contacts list. I find it ironic that we are showing a Video that is a tribute to our Military personnel that have sacrificed so much to keep our country free and a world leader.

Not just now but through out American history. Then we get a lowlife political incompetent come in here and show no respect for their sacrifices. Jakearoo you should be ashamed of yourself for your comments. Not for the subject of your disrespect but for the fact that you have trashed the memory of Staff Sergeant First Class John C. Beale. Your callus and disrespectful remarks do not belong in this Category they belong in the political Category.

I also feel that the Moderators/Owner of this sight should delete your felonious assault on the memory of Sargent Beale.

Why don't you stop lying?? Along with over 100 of your liberal political hero's, mrs slick willie was one of the biggest proponents of invasion. ASK HER if she "made up things". You people are so fake and dishonest, it's sickening.

Remember this, fake one, slick willies failures unleashed global terror. Period.

Yuk yuk yuk,,,"I didn't have sexual relations with that woman",,yuk yuk.

If Bush had did what your hero did, you people would be calling for jail time for perjury.

Enough to make an honest person want to puke.

berettagold53954,,but the soldiers do not deserve to be stabbed in the back by the very politicians that voted for invasion.

Jackeroo those guys will never admit the truth. Never. If you mention something like your opinion again you will be known to them as un-American. Sorry old buddy but they worship the republicans and they were lied too just like the rest of us and the saying of mister Lincoln's of " You can fool all of the people some of the time and some of the people all of the time but you can't fool all of the people all of the time" is a very true statement. They just will not admit the truth. They also fall into the catagory of being fooled all the time by the lies of the last administration. How many familys have been destroyed for that senseless war for oil? Afganistan is where we should be and if indeed those terrorists trained fighters enter another country we shouldn't ask for permission we just have to go after them. Bin Laden is the target of our military and we should have focused on him since 9/11. It's a shame we wasted all the resources of our military in Iraq when our mission in Afganistan was not completed. Stand by your beliefs and do not let this group of cyber bullies deter your thinking. :) Don't forget to let them know what happened in the last election.:) Dan
