Now that we have had health care rammed down our throats our president made the first step to " Ban all weapons in the united states" I guess there will be one h--- of a revolution in this country when he tries to take the firearms away and take away all our rights with them. I cannot believe that our elected officals are so d--- stupid that they do not see what he is doing to this country I guess that we had better stock up on ammo and be ready for the coming issues. If he would put all this effort into the big oil companies and try to get them to calm down a little we would be better off. We are "LOSING " this country if we havn't already lost it.

At least some of your angst is misdirected. "He" doesn't create law. He merely signs it. It's the elected officials of the legislative branch that must be held accountable. More specifically, it is the liberal democrat majority currently in control of the House and Senate.

If your state or congressional district is represented by these rotters, help elect someone better... start NOW. If your current representatives are staunch defenders of the Constitution, personal liberty, and the peoples' rights, vote for them again and support candidates in other districts and states trying to unseat incumbent liberal rotters.

If anyone here thinks our politicians give a damn about us they are naive at best. They are puppets for special interest group and nothing more. All they are worried about is "feathering their own nest".

The scary thing about the health care bill is (my understanding) by 2013 everyone will be forced to go on it and PAY for it. If you don’t you will be fined, if you don’t pay the fine and still go on it you we be convicted as a felon and go to prison. So a convicted felon (in the liberal socialist state of IL.) you cannot possess a fire arm, but if you are in prison it really don’t make much difference you are screwed period.

We have already lost it China basically owns our national debt and we need to wonder just when will they call in their chips? Unfortunately we cant fix it as individuals.

AS for banning my weapons well good luck! Who is going to take them? The Army? By the time they announce the bann and confiscation there will be so much hidden and burried they will spend decades trying to round them all up.
Not to mention we as people who have minds are inovative enough to make our own. Look at Carbine Williams who build the rifle in prison.

Just My thoughts, improvised weopons will never stop.

Rick, I would like to see added to the above term limits this - No Senator or Congressman whose term limits have been meet shall be allowed within a 100 mile radius of the US Capital for a peroid of 5 years since last day in office. If said person is found within that area within that 5 year peroid, they shall be shot on sight on the site they were found. No trial.

I like it but the taxation thing should by a maximum of 50% during a time of formal war declared by congress which has to be subsequently re-affirmed with an annual vote of the U.S. being at war in order to raise the tax.

Have we been at war since basically 9/11? Well the Dems would say so in order to tax us at 50%.
